I help .NET teams get authentication, identity and security right. I also help with software architecture, Azure, technical due diligence and getting started with AI coding agents.
Maybe you are adding OpenID Connect to an application and want to know that the setup is secure. Maybe you are about to take Duende IdentityServer into production, or a production problem has resisted every fix so far. That is where I can help: as a consultant in your team, with a focused review, or as a coach.
I'm a Microsoft .NET MVP based in Göteborg, Sweden. I work on-site or hybrid in Göteborg, or remotely, in Swedish or English.

How I can help
Authentication, identity and security
Login, tokens and permissions are an area many teams find difficult, and it is easy to get wrong. I review and design authentication and authorization architectures in ASP.NET Core, implement and review Duende IdentityServer, and set up OpenID Connect and OAuth. I also do web security reviews, and I coach your team along the way. I created the Dometrain courses Getting Started: OpenID Connect and Getting Started: Authentication and Authorization in .NET.
Technical due diligence
Before you invest in, buy or take over a .NET system, you need to know what is really in the code. I review the code and architecture of large .NET codebases and explain what I find in plain language: what is solid, what the risks are and what needs attention.
Software architecture
Considering event sourcing or CQRS, or working with a design that has become hard to change? I help with event modelling, DDD, CQRS and event sourcing. I have taught these topics for more than ten years and co-created cqrs.nu.
Azure for .NET teams
I help with Azure development and Azure identity for .NET applications, including how your applications authenticate to Azure services. I hold the AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate certification and built CloudDebugger, an open-source exploration tool for Azure developers.
Agentic development
Want to use AI coding agents such as Claude Code in real projects, not just in demos? I help teams get started, with coaching and hands-on help. I use Claude Code in my own daily work, built the open-source Coding Agent Explorer, and speak about how coding agents actually work at meetups and conferences.
